18K Yellow Gold Coral & Diamond Ring consisting of one (1) round domed piece of orange/pink coral that is hand-carved, measuring 18mm in diameter, and twenty four (24) round brilliant cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 1.50cts. The ring is stamped "18K" inside the shank. Gross weight 8.9 dwt. Ring size 7.
