18K Yellow Gold Hunting Case Swiss Pocket Watch. White enamel dial with black Roman numerals and blued steel hands. Case is hallmarked inside of cuvette and numbered "67653". Case diameter measured 51mm. Cuvette marked "Ancre 13 Rubis" and "Robert Stauffer Chaud de Fonde". Dates from mid to late 19th century. Front cover engraved inside with presentation reading "J.H.M. From his Uncle G.H.C. March, 1912.". Back cover engraved inside with presentation reading "G.H.C. From his Uncle E.S. Haines". Movement and dial are both unsigned. Stem wind. Pin set. Watch is running and setting properly. The case is decorated with an evenly worn engine turned design with one or two very small dents to the back lid. The crown and bow appear to be original, but the bow is not solid gold. Gross weight is 63.2 DWT.
