The ruby and diamond choker style necklace has a diameter of approximately 5-1/2," approximately 16" long and a total dwt of 28.6. There are 38 rubies, each approximately 0.30 points (totaling 11.4 carats in rubies). Each ruby has 16 round diamonds surrounding it, that are each approximately 0.01 points (totaling approximately 608 diamonds, that has a total approximate of 6.08 carats). Normal wear is present.
