Circa 1950-1960's. During the fifties and into the mid sixties, Steiff produced some of the most well crafted and charming teddy bears. The "Original Teddy" was produced in a variety of sizes, the largest examples (from 25" to over 30") were the most coveted. This 25" caramel colored bear has a working growler, a brown vertically stitched nose and glass eyes. An inviting addition to any collection. Overall condition is good to very good, lacking identification.
