This bronze is handmade and cast in the traditional Lost Wax Casting Process. Original casting was 1903. This insures a quality bronze sculpture that may be passed down from generation to generation. The Mountain Man is another popular Frederic Remington bronze. The regular size is the size that Remington originally sculpted this piece in. It also has more detail than the other sizes making it the most popular size. This bronze sits on a green marble base and shows ageing patina. Not one of the originals. This one was made in the last 30 years. No broken or bent pieces. Measures 27-3/4" x 10", not counting base. This casting approximates the original size. A very attractive bronze.
