An all original, early trade machine with the makers celluloid tag on front of the cabinet. Manufactured by 20th Century Novelty Company in the early 1900's the premise was quite simple as well as amusing. Dropping a nickel in the slot and advancing the plunger, the spiral would spin and the coin would roll down and into the cash box. The indicator at the bottom would then point to a number, indicating the number of cigars awarded. A good solid, original with re-nickeled hardware and copper flash spiral. Works smoothly and with lock and key. C. 1903.
