The slender 10 - 1/4" blade with well defined bolster, the recurved quillons with checkered decoration, pommel with checkered decoration en suite with quillons. Grip with elaborate checkerboard silver wrapping with silver Turk's heads. CONDITION: Blade polished over pitting. Hilt retaining much of an old refreshed gilding over pitting. Pommel with refreshed gilding over pitting. Silver grip in phenomenal condition. 14" overall. An attractive early dagger.
