Shinogi zukuri blade form with notare hamon. Leftside with a dragon motif horimono. Masame hada. Catscratch habaki with gilt and bluing. Ubu nakago is signed on left side of tang, reads Shinano Kami Monamoto Nobayoshi. Mounted in shirasaya resting mounts with sayagaki. Masame hada with attractive clear nie. CONDITION: Good. Blade is in good polish with scattered ware and shintetsu, left side with a couple blisters towards kissaki but below yokote. Habaki is cracked across front. Mounts are good with some normal age related bumps and bruises.
