Antique 14K Yellow Gold Ceylon Sapphire & Diamond Ring w/GIA Report. One (1) prong-set cushion shape natural blue sapphire measuring 17.78 x 15.79 x 7.19mm. Estimated carat weight based on dimensions is 17.75ct to 18.50ct. Twenty-two (22) round old mine-cut diamonds measuring approximately 3.5mm each. Estimated diamond total weight is 3.50cts. Ring measures 24mm at widest point. Ring size 6.25, Gross weight 12.8 grams. The ring is stamped "14K" and is decorated on the sides with wonderful hand engraving. CORRECTION: Photos added
