Large Bretby pottery vase has a dragon resting its head on the shoulder of the vase while its body and tail wrap around. The vase is further decorated with subtle flowers, stems and leaves done in a reddish-brown glaze with gilt highlights. The dragon is completed with white opalescent glass eyes. Signed on the underside with impressed mark "BRETBY" with sunrise logo, "England 2022". Condition: Very good to excellent.
