Bigelow and Kennard French Regulator is decorated with champleve enamel on the front of the frame. The oval curved door, flat side and back are heavily beveled glass, the enameled porcelain dial is surrounded by rhinestones. Key is present. Clock is marked on dial "BIGELOW KENNARD & CO. BOSTON". Very good to excellent.
