Single-Sided Cardboard. Marked "Copyright 1909. American Tobacco Co." This c. 1909 single-sided cardboard sign from Bull Durham smoking tobacco features a wonderful graphic of a bull attempted to be wrangled in a forum-type setting. This sign retains its original frame marked "Bull Durham" in gold lettering along the bottom. CONDITION: The field of this sign shows light discolored spots, which are most noticeable in the background of the sky, as well as a small area around the words "A Royal Victor." The outer edges are concealed by the original frame. The frame shows a nice patina, with a few chips to the wood.
