Circa 1864 - 1926. Accurate representation of pack horse and riders in typical Russell modeling style. A fragment of daily life of the cowboy that can only be rendered by first-hand experience. Inscribed: (classic representative buffalo skull remarque) CM Russell. Nice casting with dark brown patina on a green marble base. Plaque on base: Changing Outfits by C.M. Russell.
