This shell is topped with an ivory figure of a cherub blowing a horn on the top. The shell has a minor crack at the top on ivory dolphin pedestal base. This is quite an unusual form and decorated with gold edging. Metal shows hallmarks on the two curves of the shell. There is one small split at the base.
