Includes very hard to find original pipe. Popeye dressed in his usual black shirt with blue pants and white sailor hat. Embossed "1929 King Features Syndicate" on back of neck. A few small spots of paint chipping to back of arms and heel of foot. This must be one of the nicest know examples.

Condition: (Excellent - Near Mint).
