Arms and legs are movable. Original pipe, hat and anchors on his arms. Nice paper label on bottom of foot marked "J. Chein & Co." while the other foot is marked "King Features Syndicate Inc. 1932". Some minor crazing to face and body, some paint loss waist, and edge wear. Exceptionally good condition for this doll.
