Late 18th century. The yoked crestrail above the pierced Gothic style splat joined to shaped outswept arms continuing to shaped grips on incurved supports centering the molded trapezoidal seat. The frame with needlework cover. The whole raised on frontal cabriole legs with shaped returns raised on ball and claw feet. The rear legs backswept. Back height: 38-1/2" tall; seat height: 17" tall. Old surface. Front returns absent. Repair to rear seat rail at leg. Otherwise good.
