Extremely Rare Vintage Rolex Stainless Steel "Paul Newman" Cosmograph Daytona. The model number is 6264. The case is stainless steel with black acrylic tachymeter bezel. Featuring an exotic black matte dial with vibrant outer red minute/second track on white. Dial also has three contrasting white subsidiary registers bearing the iconic black square deco register track and numerals. Dial print reads "Rolex Cosmograph DAYTONA T SWISS T". This incredibly rare and collectible Rolex is accompanied by a Rolex stainless steel bracelet with folding clasp. There is a total of 13 links present. The bracelet end caps are stamped "271". The first link from the end cap is stamped "7835 19" on one side. The folding clasp is stamped "ROLEX 2 71". Opposing side of clasp stamped "Patented & Registered Swiss Made ROLEX Steelinox". The case measures 37mm in diameter. The inside caseback is stamped "MONTRES ROLEX S.A. GENEVA SWITZERLAND PATENTED STAINLESS STEEL C.R.S. 6239". Movement signed "MONTRES ROLEX S.A. GENEVA SWISS ADJ. TO 3 THREE POSITIONS SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS 727 SWISS MADE FABR. SUISSE". The serial number of this Rolex is 2750XXX.
