Mid 18th century, New England. Comprised of cherry, mahogany and pine, with original dry painted surfaces. Thin stock construction, the canted dovetailed cherry box with scrolled ends, mahogany pierced heart divider, overhung pine bottom. There is some sliver loss to underside base corner, otherwise structurally fine. Expected minor use wear with untouched original surface. Very good overall.
