Cassius Clay won the Worlds Heavyweight Championship from Sonny Liston in February of 1964. Then on March 6, 1964, Nation of Islam leader Elijah Muhammad announced that the new heavyweight champion of the world would no longer be known as Cassius Clay. This is a very rare first style Muhammad Ali signature on a 3" x 5" size paper done in black ballpoint pen that rates 8 out of 10. It is inscribed "Worlds Champ 1964". Full JSA LOA.
