Bisque socket head incised "7", with closed mouth, slight smile and inset light blue glass eyes, pierced earlobes, nicely painted lashes and multi-stroke eyebrows, on a separate bisque shoulder plate which is mounted on the original white leather French fashion-type body with gusset joints at elbows hips and knees and individually stitched fingers. She wears an antique blonde human hair wig over cork pate and has been appropriately redressed at some time in a two-piece silk costume with white cotton blouse and wears replaced black leather side-button boots. Although not specifically marked as such, she has facial characteristics of a Gauthier. With the doll comes an arched-top display case with door that opens outward and glass side panels with a green velvet backing behind the doll. CONDITION: Overall very good with some minor typical age wear to body and deterioration to the costume. She stands 17" tall with the case being 21" tall.
