C. 1850, French. Four white marble columns, gold gilt acorns, marble inset of a urn, wreathed bezel, bronze basket pendulum, with French movement, porcelain face with faux cartouches and beveled glass. Eight day movement with strike on the hour and half hour. A stunning 16" tall, with great eye appeal. Condition: Outstanding condition, working with no signs of damage or repair. Light fade to the clock face, but nothing to distract from the overall eye appeal.
