First half 19th century. England. This well proportioned sideboard with rectangular top, bowed ends, and incurved center with contrasting string inlay. The case fitted with a central short drawer with applied molded edge, flanked by a bowfront deep wine drawer at each end. All with inlaid edges. The case raised on tapered square legs with molded cuffs on tapered feet. The case has been professionally re-polished. Brasses are replacements. Escutcheons are intact. Very good overall with quality French polish finish.
