Lot contains: (A) Enlisted Regiment General Goering visor cap, and (B) Pair of Luftwaffe wool trousers. (A) A prewar Luftwaffe visor cap to a member of the "RGG", in overall very good to excellent condition. The Regiment General Goering was was formed in September of 1935, when General Goering became the chief of the chief of the Luftwaffe. This visor cap is "RGG" unit marked, named, and dated 1936. The blue gray wool is in near mint condition, with minor moth nip on the right underside, and a black woven wool center band with white wool piping. Early aluminum droop tail eagle and wreath insignia are near mint and original to the cap. The correct chinstrap is present with oval black painted buckles. Blue gray wool trousers do not appear to be damaged, and have one rear slit pocket, two flapped side pockets, and a watch pocket.
