20th century. Benchmade set features a round, center table with a bronze edge cast with guilloches and leaftips. The apron has a foliate Boulle inlay and classical female masques with concealed drawer, all with brass moldings. The table is raised on square tapering legs on ball feet, capped with cast-brass foliate cuffs. The legs are joined by square arched Boulle stretchers, centering a turned finial with cast-brass ball cap. The table top with black breschia marble insert. The Boulle work is of a simulated tortoiseshell inlay. The table is accompanied by a set of four Baroque-style side chairs with ebonized molded frames raised on frontal cabriole legs, terminating in snail feet. Each chair has a gold velvet upholstered seat and back. The set is in excellent condition, with minimal in-use wear.CORRECTION: Title updated
