Double blade battle ax in the form of a spread eagle. 9-3/4" wide x 8-3/4" long blade. Handled in sectioned burl and brown micarta. Heavy brass mounts with figural crown in the shape of a double eagle head. Butt cap made of mineral. Only Cooper battle ax ever made. Circa Cooper in Double Eagle. Includes letter of explanation from Clif Lenderman.
