Car has a seated driver with original helmet and intact windshield. Marked "Electro Special 21" on both sides. Tires are marked "Sanyo" and are rubber with metal hubs. Chrome is good. Car is marked "ETCO Y Japan" on the bottom. Car has been opened up; the battery box lid is missing, and there is some slight battery leakage.
Condition: (Excellent).
