A beautiful large bowl by Paul Nicolas. The 13" diameter glass bowl features transparent glass with subtle shades of blue, becoming more prominent towards the bottom. The bowl has a oil spot pattern throughout and is further decorated with metallic streaks of blue. The bowl is signed to the underside "P. Nicolas Nancy". Paul Nicolas was a very talented glassmaker and had worked as the chief glassmaker for Galle for many years.
