(D) M1942 canteen marked "U.S. / A.G.M. CO. / 1943" contained in M1942 cover. Both exhibit blemishes, canteen has small dents. (E) M1942 canteen marked "U.S. / Swanson / 1945" contained in M1942 cup. No dents, scattered blemishes. (F) M1942 canteen marked "U.S. / R.S.E / 1943" contained in M1942 cup. Scattered blemishes, canteen has small dents. (G) M1942 canteen marked "U.S. / GP. & F.
