Lot consists of (A) Unmarked smooth amber hued ball. Several casting flaws visible on the body of the glass. Triple mold seam. (B) Unmarked purple hued ball. Triple mold seam. Rough throat that was chipped long ago. (C) Unmarked aqua green hued ball. Double mold seam. (D) Lightly aqua hued unmarked ball. Double mold seam. A few large manufacturing bubbles. (D) Unmarked blue hued ball. Quad mold seam. (E) Unmarked blue tinged ball with color stronger toward base. Triple mold seam. (F) Unmarked deep blue hued ball. Triple mold seam. (G) Annie Oakley Commemorative ball. Finish has rubbed in a few places. (H) Unmarked amber ball. Triple mold seam. Exterior covered in what appears to be dried adhesive; may have been a preservative or a sand on ball that never received sand rolling. (I) Unmarked, deep amber almost to the point of red. Triple mold seam. Base with residue from blowing. (J) Diminutive pinkish glass ball of gallery size, with wood shavings inside. unmarked, no mold lines. Some staining to interior. (K) Diminutive deep blue glass ball of gallery size, with wood shavings inside. Unmarked with no mold lines. (L) Very small pinkish glass ball of gallery size, unmarked, with a tiny spout at one end. Stained. (M) Composition gallery ball. Two part mold line, with one side significantly rougher than the other. (N) Unmarked light amber ball with triple mold seam. Bottom with residue from casting, mold lines are very heavy. (O) Unmarked light amber ball. Some residue from blowing at the bottom. (P) Pitch ball with two part mold seam. Bottom with patent date that has now become largely illegible due to warping, legible part includes "SEPT 1879 / C. NO. / PATENTED." (Q) Small clay piece, resembling a pipe stem and painted brown. CONDITION: Balls are good to very good as described. Balls have various levels of bubbling from manufacture. EW
