The larger of the two, 22" long, 15" head circumference, is a flange neck baby with molded and painted hair, glass sleep eyes, an open mouth with two lower teeth and a separate tongue, smiling with deep dimples and impressed on back of the head "Copyright by Georgene Averrill 13652 Germany". She is on a (gloss stock?) body with composition lower arms and legs (possible old repaint), appropriately dressed and in very good condition. The smaller of the two, 14 - 1/2", is a brown bisque child incised "1079 Germany S&H 5". She has brown glass sleep eyes, an open mouth with four upper teeth, pierced earlobes, nice enameled and furrowed eyebrows on the original wood and fully-jointed composition body and an antique black mohair wig. In addition to the doll, there are four extra costumes, three of which are nicely made but not as early as the doll, however also among them is a nice cream-colored wool two-piece sailor suit. CONDITION: Overall condition of both is very good.

Condition: (Very Good).
