19th century. The first, a figure of Shakyamuni seated on a lotus throne with crossed legs and a bowl in his left hand, his right hand relaxed on his right leg. The status shows remnants of original red pigment, now worn. Size: 6 - 1/2" T. Unsigned. Good to very good condition with nice patina and wear. The second, a figure of Ch'i-T'zu, otherwise known as the 'Happy Buddha', posed with a bald head and large belly, seated cross-legged, a string of beads in his right hand. He is partially covered in a textured robe. Signed beneath with a four character mark within a circle. Size: 4" T. Figure has been well-polished over the years, now showing traces of old polish. Some minor green corrosion, but otherwise good with well-worn surfaces and nice patina.

Condition: (Good - Very Good).
