These little pistols were popular during the Civil War. Both features brass frames, 4-Barrel, spur triggers with revolving firing pin. The firing pin rotates properly and both guns are fully operational. Both feature 2 1/2" barrels and brass frames. One has the early carved gutta percha grips and the other is walnut. (Gun A) Serial number 17215, .22 caliber, barrel and hammer retain a majority of the reapplied blue finish and excellent varnished grips with good bores. (Gun B) Serial number 42183 has no traces of plating on brass frame, barrels are cleaned of all finish, very good to excellent gutta percha grips with one small chip. Very good bore and perfect working order. Nice pair of Sharps 4-barrel pistols.
