Lot contains: (A) Imperial German Dove head sword with an "Eickhorn, Solingen" marked nickel plated steel blade with light scattered marks throughout. Black trylon wire-wrapped grip has light to moderate wear with the top of the grip being loose in its fitting with some wire separation. Nickel plated fittings are dull with patina, and the cross guard/ hand guard is loose. Black painted steel scabbard retains 50-55% of its original black painted grip with freckling. CONDITION: Overall good to very good. (B) Third Reich deluxe Dove head sword with an "Eickhorn, Solingen" marked nickel plated steel blade with light scattered marks. Black trylon wire-wrapped grip has light wear with a number of wire strands being loose. Fittings retain 65-70% of their gilt finish with some bubbling, especially on the cross guard. Steel scabbard retains 65-70% of its original black painted finish with scattered marks. CONDITION: Overall very good. WEZ
