Lot consists of:(A) Deluxe rifle stock. Features a pistol grip that is finely hand checkered, heavy nickel plated buttplate, rollover cheekpiece, pistol grip cap, and ebony inserts on both sides of wrist at frame. CONDITION: Excellent, ready to install. (B) 28" heavy octagon barrel stamped "Old Reliable" in box as well as "Sharps Rifle Co. Bridgeport, Conn". Has both sight slot cuts and locking hole. Threads are fine. Underside of barrel is serial number 18015. Bore measures .40. Side of barrel is stamped "Cal. 40 2-1/2". CONDITION: Has a really nice sharp bore with strong rifling but lands are frosted. All you need is a frame and forend and you can build a Sharps or use to fix your old Sharps.
