LOT OF 3 U.S. SABER BAYONETS WITH SCABBARDS

Lot consists of (A) Scarce Winchester M1873 saber bayonet for the Model 1873 musket. Correct unstopped fuller, notch muzzle ring, etc. Maker marks at ricasso. CONDITION: Good. Stains to brass and gray areas to blade. Scabbard complete but with abrasions and finish loss. (B) USN M1870 Saber Bayonet. AMES MFG CO./ CHICOPEE and USN/GGS/1870 blade marks, cannon and anchor at side of pommel CONDITION: Very good. Clear markings, good edge and point, some graying to blade. Scabbard with good finish. (C) USN M1870 saber bayonet as above. CONDITION: Good. Markings legible but rubbed. Staining to blade. Leather broken just above tip of scabbard. SR
