Lot consists of (A) U.S. Rifled Model 1861 Musket Lock which consignor states was recovered at Cold Harbor, Virginia at unknown date. CONDITION: As found with heavy pitting in uncocked position. (B) Remington percussion lock used to convert 1816 flintlocks to the Maynard Tape primer system recovered according to consignor at Harrison's Landing, Charles City County, Virginia at unknown date. CONDITION: As found with soft pitting in uncocked position. (C) U.S. Rifled Musket Lock, Model of 1855 with Maynard Priming system with door closed recovered in Winchester, Virginia in the 1960s. CONDITION: Cleaned with heavy pitting in the uncocked position. (D) U.S. Musket Lock recovered at Spotsylvania County, Virginia in the location of the U.S. 9th Corps. CONDITION: As found with pitting in the cocked position. DLM
