Lot consists of: A) World War II Italian Lieutenant General's visor cap, displaying ornate silver bullion embroidery on the band and silver bullion eagle on the peak. Silk lining is marked by the maker Piedimonte Rome. CONDITION: Excellent with minor staining on the silk lining. B) WW II Japanese Army Major's full dress kepi. Black wool body with bright gold braid, leather visor, black silk lining and leather sweatband. Complete with its feather plume contained within its cardboard tube. CONDITION: Excellent with light crazing to leather visor. C) WWII Japanese officer's visor cap. CONDITION: Very good with broken visor. D) Royal Rhodesia Regiment bush hat with khaki and red Pagri, hat badge mounted on wool flash. CONDITION: Hat body is in excellent condition, leather sweatband is partially detached. Included in the lot are a pair of Japanese Navy Admirals, Lt Commander and Naval Cadet shoulder boards and a police officers cap insignia. From the Ray Bentley collection.
