Comprising seven contemporary engraved horns, including a copy of John Bush's powder horn dated 1756. One is a copy of a professionally engraved French and Indian War period New York map horn with British crest. Three others are crudely engraved in a folk art or amateur manner. Two of the horns have straps and all are well aged. CONDITION: Plug on one horn (Britannia 1765) is missing its butt. Some of the other have a couple minor spots of recent insect damage. A very attractive group of contemporary engraved powder horns.
