Large silver plated fireman's horn. Presentation reads "Prize Fire Horn presented to Harmony Fire Co. No. 6, having received the highest number of votes at a Fair held in Assembly Building by the American Protestant Association, Dec. 1868". Beautiful repousse work includes a hydrant, oak leaves and acorns. Nice engraving and pick work. The tassel holders and finely cast eagle claws. From the Ray Bentley Collection.
