Loetz vase with pinched body and ruffled rim is decorated in Phaenomen 2/474 decor having an irregular pattern of iridescent threading and hearts over a Candia ground, finished with silver floral overlay. Vase is unsigned with an etched "3" in the pontil. The silver is hallmarked but illegible from polishing. Vase is in very good to excellent condition.
