This figure in checkered jacket is holding Goo Goo the duck in one hand and a basket reading "Wanna Buy A Duck? Sincerely Joe Penner" in the other. Winding mechanism is working. Includes original box in excellent condition with the exception of a handwritten letter on one end that reads "A friend in need is a friend indeed". Circa 1930s.
