Lot contains: A) Circa early 1900's Mexican General's visor cap with black wool body, direct embroidered gold bullion vine and scroll decoration on the band centered with a Mexican Eagle insignia. Leather sweatband embossed "Superfine London" within crest. CONDITION: Satin lining exhibits wear at the front. B) 1930's-40's period Division level, three star General's cap of black wool with direct embroidered gold bullion vine scroll decoration on the band, Mexican Eagle insignia and three false-embroidered silver stars on the front. Leather sweatband, satin lined interior with "Julio Ramirez Mexico D.F." label under sweat shield. CONDITION: Excellent. From the Ray Bentley collection.
