This lot consists of two pieces, a matching pair of earrings and ring that are comprised of 18K white gold, diamond and amethyst ring and earrings. The ring is a size 7 and has a total dwt of 2.3. The earrings have a total dwt of 4.7 and all together they have a total dwt of 7.0. On the ring and earrings, the diamonds appear to be hand cut, most likely single cut diamonds. Both the earrings and ring have approximately 16 diamonds that surround the amethyst. However on the earrings, there is an additional five diamonds on each, making there be an approximate total of 21 diamonds on each earring (approximately 42 in total). All of the diamonds on the earrings are approximately 0.03 points each, thus there is approximately 1.26 carats of diamonds present on the earrings. The ring, which also has approximately 16 diamonds present, each are also approximately 0.03 points (an approximate total of 0.64 points). In total, the earrings and ring have an approximate total of 1.90 carats of diamonds. The amethyst present is over 3.0 carats. These pieces test for 18K. Overall the pieces are in good condition with normal wear present.
