(A) This first war bond poster was created by Norman Rockwell for the Saturday Evening Post entitled "Save Freedom of Worship" with the very well known image of American at worship from different religions and walks of life. CONDITION: Has usual folds and light water staining on upper left and lower right borders only, with some foxing at base. Colors are fine. (B) "Strong in the strength of the Lord" features three arms and hands two of which are workmen while the middle hand holds an M1 Garand. Dated 1942 during the first year of the war. Very visual and artistic rendering. CONDITION: Has usual folds, bright colors. Mounted right corner of glass is broken and will need replacing. (C) "A careless word another cross". A very minimalist art approach that simply features a wooden cross, a bandolier, and a helmet on a desolate sparse unadorned background. Dated 1943. CONDITION: Usual mail folds, excellent condition. (A) measures 20" by 28" (B) measures 28" by 40" (C) measures 28" by 40".
