The first doll is an 18" Madame Alexander Sonja Henie Doll with her original box, an all composition doll with swivel head, brown sleep eyes, open mouth with teeth In choice all original condition with a tagged costume and original wrist tag. Sonja Henie was a Norwegian figure skater and film star. She was a three-time Olympic Champion in Ladies' Singles, a ten-time World Champion and a six-time European Champion. Henie won more Olympic and World titles than any other ladies' figure skater. The second is a 14" Effanbee Skippy, composition head with wooden button neck, painted blue eyes, single stroke upper lashes, red nose dots, pouty mouth, excellent coloring, molded reddish blonde hair, soft cloth body of composition arms and legs, early model with original day clothing and hat. Marked "Effanbee Skippy (copyright in circle) PL Crosby". The last is a 18" Ella Cinders by E.L. Horsman, composition head, arms and legs on a cloth body, painted black bobbed hair and facial features, original tagged dress with original underwear and socks, shoes are replaced. This character is from the comic strip by Bill Conselman & Charlie Plumb. Marked "C in a circle/1925/M.N.S". In excellent condition with some slight crazing.
