In original box, nice graphics on the box, marked "King Features Syndicate, Inc." Box is complete, but does have some slight staining and wear. Toy itself is a tin litho ring with nice graphics of Popeye characters around all four sides. Figures are celluloid, one small dent to Brutus's nose, original pipe on Popeye.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
