Includes original box, marked "Made in Japan". Box is mostly complete with some creasing and a small piece missing on the side apron. Nice colorful depiction of the tree on the front of the box. The tree has all plastic leaves and is the lighter brown variation without mushrooms. The toy has very little wear. Box is in very good condition, toy is excellent.
