Toy includes a very crisp and scarce original box, which has great graphics showing Popeye pushing a wheelbarrow on front and marked "King Features Syndicate". Box is complete. The toy is the third version, without the parrot, and the toughest version to find. Marked "Popeye Express" on both sides of wheelbarrow. Original pipe. Some minor scratching and wear to Popeye figure and the color is bright and shiny.
Condition: (Excellent - Near Mint).
