Toy includes a very colorful original box with four sided lithography; box is very crisp and has some minor creasing. Toy is bright and shiny, with original hat. It depicts Joe walking with his duck Goo-Goo. On the other side it says "Wanna Buy A Duck? Sincerely Joe Penner". Box is excellent, and toy is near mint.
Condition: (Excellent - Near Mint).
